Season Review Part 2 - League Finished

Wilson has done it yet again. The first two-time champ in the Dirty Dozen maybe Sex Panthers nobody the fuck knows league. In 5 years he has collected over $2,000 from his closest peers. I just hope when he goes to sleep and lays his head down to rest on the eagle feathered pillow on his California king bed he makes sure to thank Abdi, his somalin accountant, for finding a legal, frauding process, that only impacts the people his closest with. 

Notes: I am going to skip the fact Chris stole Gabe and now Kirk runs my life as that's not as important. 

Season Review Part 2

#4 - Chris: Honestly somewhat shocking you made it this far without having your 3rd overall pick. 

Before the year: I loved your keepers (which makes me totally wrong on Ridley) but Mcbride is a god. I agreed with Chase going first off the board. He may not be the highest scoring player this year but still is top 10. I was a big Kyren fan at pick 2.12 who is a top 10 back this year. I disliked the JK Dobbins pick, I hated the Javontae Williams pick, and of course I hated the Kelce pick in the 4th round. Lastly was iffy on Waddle/Kyler Murray.

During the year: The story for your team was pretty insane. JK and Javonate being the top 2 runningbacks on the year for the first couple weeks, while being drafted in the 6th and 7th round, and being on the same fantasy team is wild. Unfortunately the JK Dobbins train was de-railed by RJ Harvey and an injury. Trey Mcbride when Chase was struggling was duo carrying with Javonate. The Kyler Murray fall was insane. But what really took your team down from being one of the best was the 4th and 5th round picks. Waddle and Dolphins were always a risky pick coming into the year and turns out to be a risk not worth taking. But Kelce at the backend of the 4th round...... I understand you love tightends but ehhhhh I won't say that Kelce was WR 35-40 this year in scoring or that  4 undrafted WR's outscored him. Instead I will post a few screenshots.

Look Forward: Good news is you have Javontae locked up. Having a top 10 RB heading into next year is best case scenario. But from there you have literally nobody to keep. It could actually be Travis Kelce which makes it even fucking funnier. 

#3 - Kirk: The favorite since like week 2 and the guy that did everything in his power (I think) to get the chip he sold his soul for last year. 

Before the year: I "loved" your draft. There was somethings I would've done differently but I had you ranked #2 before the season started and you ended with the highest PF in the league. 

- Note: I did say CD would outscore JJ and Amon Ra. I also said I would tell Dan and Alan when it happens. Alan you were right in the Amon Ra pick, Dan you are a Nazi and NIEN believer and I told you so. 

During the year: Again I think you did everything you could. Upgrades across the board and also made trades that set your team up in the future. I would say weekly "I would've made one more trade for a Tightend as Andrews wasn't the answer" but turns out I was completely wrong. Brian knocked you out of the playoffs by scoring 194.90 points. You could've been allowed to start 3 additional tightends and wouldn't have mattered. 

- Note: Cody and Chris I am saying 3 additional tightends meaning Kirk could've started 12 players and still lost. Not that I think you should start 3 tightends.

Look Forward: Getting 3rd but also having great keepers is something unseen so far in our league. Before it was sell the team suck ass and then have great keepers. Now you have Croskey, Tet, Etienne, and Harvey to sort through. Which is an excellent problem to have. 

#2 - Lukas: Mr. Morocco's dream WC/Fantasy run comes up short as they are just simply outgunned.

Before the year: I expressed my love of the Bo Nix/Sutton combo. Really hated the James Cook over Kyren pick and holy shit how did you make the finals with this draft.

wait a second what the fook. I guess lets break this down.

During the year: I think this is my point to people when I roast you for not trying during the year. Lukas essentially threw away his 5th round pick, 7th round pick, 8th round pick, 9th round pick, 10th round pick, Nabers blew his knee out like week 2, and Laporta on IR since week 10. He's added to his roster: Jakobi Meyers whose been good for Jax, Luther Burden whose been on fire, Christian Watson, and even Parker Washington. Respect the grind and hustle. 

Look Forward: How funny will it be when DJ Moore moves on and Luther Burden just lights it up. Also Sutton is an eligible keeper as a top 10 WR this year. From maybe the worst draft to second place and some keepers.... Looking forward to next year is bright. 

#1 - Brian: 

For a guy who traded his 3rd rounder away to win the league is a nice little hat tip nod between us. 

Before the year: The exact reason people kept joking around with him for only draft WR's is like lowkey the reason I loved it and he won. 

During the year: I wrote about it in the WC blog. When this guys gets his team healthy hes dangerous. Sure enough, Evans and London come back at the end here to help him win a chip. The real reason is the Chris Olave pick. Legit the one thing that pisses me off about this team is Chris Olave. Who has drafted and held Chris Olave for two years and kept getting destroyed because of it: Me. Who wins Brian the league and another $1,000? Chris Olave. Oh lets not forget who kept telling you in person, daily, while painting, I fucking love Drake Maye this year and if I didn't keep Jayden he was my QB I was going to draft. Oh yeah Me. Congrats on the win.

Look Forward: Maybe we should all close our dumbass eyes because he's keeping Olave and Odunze who both are/were top 10 WR's heading into next year. That's just great, brilliant in fact.

End of the Year Message

Be glad Doug lost for his sick ass pool party this summer. Everyone must attend that lives in the state. Congrats again to Brian. Sorry to people I've offended (Austin). Sorry to the Tight ends I despise, to the white pocket passers, to the 3-5th RB class, and most of all Sorry to Aaron Rodgers who has had to endure Mike Tomlins dumb stupid fucking bitch ass coaching (thanks for cashing my o8.5 though).
