Playoffs Week 1 - Preview

Before I get into the preview and this week's two playoff matchups; I want to paint a picture or journey so that you can truly appreciate this year's fantasy league.

Close your eyes and visualize these next few lines:

First:
Draft day is here, it's one day's worth of work that will provide you a year's worth of fantasy football memories.

Next:
On my way to steal yo girl.

Next:
You've had your must-have, pocket, draft picks.

Next:
You've stood firm with your hands on hips against Kyles's attempt to pick your team apart via trades. 

Next:
You've had cocktails on Fridays/Saturdays talking with the boys about if you picked the right player to play. 

Lastly:
You've all had this date circled in our calendars from day one and either the fantasy gods gave you the thumbs up or thumbs down for playoff life. 



Now open your eyes, do you see it? Try again. Read through and truly visualize each line. They say a picture is a thousand words and with just the few I have given you; picture it.

I've said it once and I will say it again. All that matters is getting into the playoffs because anything can happen. Doesn't matter who scored the most or the least. Just get into the playoffs. Ask Deebo, Higgins, Kyler, and Rhamondre alone this last week. 

We are down to the nitty gritty boys. Best of luck to us playoff teams and I couldn't give a shit about the toilet bowl or any of you in it.

Season Review Part 1- Week 15

   DISCLAIMER: Because I have been extremely busy at work and then throw in putting in 6-8 hours a night at the house this has been written up over a multitude of days. Things may have changed since parts of the write-up so forgive me.  This is typically my favorite blog/write-up of the year. Drafting is my favorite time of the year when it comes to fantasy. Leaving the draft last night, I spent the whole time driving back thinking of why I love it so much. When I broke it down to the ground level, I found that it truly forces you to give an opinion, to which you either live or die based on that opinion. Obviously excluding injuries; your forced to pick between players and have a "take" on them. I know that doesn't apply to some, but for a guy who loves to debate and hot takes....
